Oh dear, better post it up liao, saw Nicole and Eileen posted it up already.
This is the big strawberry mousse cake is the one that I learned from Auntie Irene last Saturday. Look the colour is so sweet, just by looking at it you already feel so sweet........ Is you guys notice the two photos are also different, the big one was taken from my mobile camera, and this little heart shape was from Auntie Irene camera, and she upload it for me..Do you know she not only teach baking, she is also a computer expert hor... don't play play yo.
This little heart shape strawberry mousse cake, is I last min request to make because we have 1 piece of sponge cake left. So I asked Auntie Irene if I can make a small cake for my friend daughter birthday. And my request was granted, thanks to Auntie Irene.
Puff Pastries - Sardines and Hot DogsMy boys get to try these two types of pastries, complimentary from auntie Irene again.
One day I will have to ask Auntie Irene to teach me how to make the pastry liao. coz my two sons asked for some more.
