Peach Cake

这是我第一次尝试做的蛋糕，样子不是很好看，尤其外面那成cream，我觉得非常难做，不过都盖住了看不到嘻嘻。外表不是很好看不过里面的蛋糕很好吃，口感蛮不错，哈哈哈。 要谢谢Auntie Irene的指导哟。可是外表是崔吸引人的。下次要做的好点。

Finally, here comes my first birthday cake.... oh well is not really a birthday cake in that sense. I just want to try how to do the cream, the filling etc.

Auntie Irene, patiently explain to me how to make the cream and make the cake looks real nice, the cake rise beautifully, but is now higher then the tray that I am suppose to use it for the cream. So I have no choice but to try applying the cream to the cake by using free hand, which I have not learned at all.

Applied, put back to the fridge, applied and again to the fridge hahahaha..... finally here the final looked of the peach cake. I feel the peach look too dried (a little wrinkle just like my face heheheh). The design also not too nice..... but one thing is for sure, the birthday girl / lady said the texture of the cake/cream combination is yummy. Not too creamy and the cake not too dried, is soft and spongy.
