Hi everyone... see all sort of different puff pastries... heheh (how lian a little bit la)

Last Saturday morning ... last minutes I thought of going down to Auntie Irene place, so I called her to check if I can go down and she said no problem come down lah, she were asked Nicole to buy extra ingredients for making the puff pastry.

Thank you Auntie Irene for accommodating me last mins without any notice in advance。

These puff pastries is really very very nice, you can also keep the pastries in the fridge for a week, so is very convenience, you can take it out and add in the filling and bake it as and when you feel like eating it.

Although the process of making the pastry takes a long time, but the outcome is worth it.

:( but I missed the soon kueh lei, coz I left earlier, but never mind one day I shall learn from auntie irene.
Meanwhile let just enjoy this puff pastry with a cup of cappucino or latte.... mmmmm yummy
