牛油蛋糕
我第一次学做蛋糕就是牛油蛋糕每次都不成功，不是里面不熟就是外面烧焦。昨晚我去买了一个新的烘炉，做出来的效果真的不一样哦。
Wow! it been a week since I last do my blog, or is it because I still like to look at my Christmas Log cake... well I will try and make one on my own and see how it turns out be.
I bought a new oven this weekend, Tefal brand (advice from Aunty Irene) 26 litres and I am happy with it. I did my first baking last night, a simple butter cake, which used to get burned on top and sometimes is still a little wet in the middle. But Wow! I am impressed and happy with the turn out, no burned, and is perfect. hehehe is not self praise, is the oven that did the job.
Now I know the reason why my cake always don't turn out the way it should be. Temperature control, measurement (my cream puff too much water hehehe) and of course a good teacher.

Your butter cake looks very uniformly baked. May I know the length & width of the oven & how much did u pay for yours?
My existing small oven also gives me similar problem like yours due to its temperature, but it's still working, so find it a waste to get rid of it somehow. Now wait for it to give me more reasons to disown it, hahaha. Think sooner or later will have to invest a better oven when I have a windfall.

My old oven is stil sitting beside the new one lor, will use the old one for grilling chicken hahha
I am just like you, thought can still use but after this new one come along it really make baking a difference.
It was on promotion, because of Deepavali is S$199.00 original is S$250. The box show the inside as 33cm.

The promotion price is quite reasonable, where did u get it & when does the promotion ends. Yours is Tefel 26L, what is the Tefel model no., wonder whether is it the same as Becky.
