small Bin Pei Mooncake
Yes, this is my first attempt making these mooncakes after learning from Aunty Irene three weeks ago. It was fun doing it, knocking knocking. I pack them into gift box bought from Phoon Huat, present it as gift for my close friends. Was a little hesitant at first, like pai sian, don't know nice a not, and is not from Tung Lok.
Told them I made it myself, my friends were like har?? you sure a not? I said why would I lied. She said must try liao... guess what this morning she called me and said wow very nice to eat, the paste is not too sweet and the pastry is soft, her mother loves it too.. said is better than what she get from outside.
。
Now floating on air liao... heheh 飘飘然了 谢谢你Aunty Irene,都是您的工劳。你真棒,

我的朋友和妳的朋友一樣﹐當我告訴他們是我親手做的﹐他們都說真的嗎﹖哈哈~~~
