I was craving for chicken rice, so I made what I had learned from 972 Aunty Irene's steam chicken thighs.
Then I used "LKK" chicken rice sauce, and cooked the rice, plus some other dishes and that our simple home cook dinner.
Mind you hor, the chicken really taste good, if not for tuning in too 972, I would not have learned to cook and bake from Aunty Irene.

Mabel, i also must cook chicken rice too, cos my son is a chicken rice lover. Any time u ask him..Boy wat u want to eat...CHICKEN RICE!!!

Sorry, I don't have my own steam chicken recipe. I am using Aunty Irene's recipe to make steam chicken. Aunty Irene's recipe is the best.

Yes Eileen, SIS, Xueli must try very simple, and taste very good lor.
The ingredients very basic only but still very good. I have the receipe or you can go to 972 fenying blog - I printed out the receipe from there lor.
