Cross Stitch - 'Prayer'

I like to do cross stitches too, first piece was done sometimes last year and i got to frame it up before Christmas.The second piece completed 2 months ago, but yet to frame it up.
Cross Stitch is different from baking or cooking, you need lots of patience and good eyes side lor, (now I'll have problem treading the needle). It takes longer before you can see the end result.
Baking and cooking is different, you get to see the end result within hour and our loves ones get to taste it too.hmmm yummy.... I am falling in love with baking now :)
Like the saying goes 'The key to someones heart is through their stomach' - 有默水吗、哈哈哈

agree with you, need patience, but sometime when you pick it up and get started you don't want to put it down.
But once you need to unpick, that it. you will leave it aside liao hahah.
Mabel, many years ago, i cross-stitched a big portrait for my best friend's birthday. Till todae she still having it hanged in her bedroom wall..very glad and proud of myself..But i still had another pc which i had been stitching since 1989, which is a takeover from another friend, is still in my drawer lor, its a pc of table cloth..dunno why just couldnt get it finish...

Table cloth is a very big project lor.
I also wanted to do a piece 'last supper' but no courage to start lay.
I think still cooking and baking the best get to eat and grow fat hehehe...
I start doing cross stitch about 15years ago, my 1st "masterpiece" is a very cute green dinosaur. But stop stitching for 7-8years liao.

yes now that you mention 'Fu' i remember I did one too, but I only handle this one during CNY. haha.
