这个星期天是我的朋友生日，我在星期六就做了一个草莓 mousse 蛋糕送给她咯。
然后我又在尝试做一个巧克力 mousse 蛋糕，这次跟上一次的巧克力mousse 蛋糕不一样做法。这也是师傅教的。那时候没有做这方法，是因为师傅说这mousse 很软很快就会溶不适合那来做生日蛋糕。 不过因为我只是做给我儿子吃就没关系啦。这mousse 的口感真的是不一样非常非常软。melt in your mouth and melt in your hand ... hahahaha
