Brownies & Steam Cake

上个周末，因为大儿子人不舒服，发高烧，所以我也没什么心情做糕点。
星期一上网时， 一进到 May, L-5，Margaret, Joanne 的 blog, 哇！不得了！怎么都不约而同的蒸鸡蛋糕呢？太轰动了，每个都说好吃！
我也不落人后，晚上一回到家，就马上摇了个电话给Auntie Irene
她第一句话就问我: “你要学什么？北海道戚风蛋糕？还是蒸鸡蛋糕？”
我说两种都要，哈哈哈！真贪心哟！
她说：“你先学蒸鸡蛋糕，比较简单，你的冰箱有没有这个呀？。。。 有没有那个呀？。。。 有就可以马上做了。

Wo 压力噢！。。。 不过。。。还好啦！我的蒸鸡蛋糕出炉咯！


本来星期一就post 了，可是upload 不成功:(
所以等到今天才post up 咯！

Last Friday is Lunch Time mass 3rd anniversary, lunch time mass is a 1/2 an hour service held once a week at one of the office building for specially for office worker. It there around shenton way, orchard road etc is orgainze by Catholic Prayer Society and is lead by people like us, Whoever wish to help out and the mass is conducted by a Catholic Priest.

As it is our 3rd anniversary, we made a small goodies bag consist of a bottle of grape juice and brownies and some prayer leaflets etc.

Remember I made a brownies as a birthday cake for one of our member, it was fantastic, and they have asked if I can made this for gift bag.

And here it is..... i made two brownies and cut into 60 pieces and have it wrap up. :)

My cheeky younger son, commented when he saw the finishing "wow so beautiful, made for God sure extra nice..." hahahah.
