做过了法国风味的Chocolate Brownies, 来一个本地风味的 Black Forest Chocolate Cake. ^_^
上个星期天是大儿子的生日，我问他要吃什么口味的生日蛋糕。他说 Black Forest。Ops, 赶快打电话个Auntie Irene 问她什么做，有了老师的指导我终于做了里面的filling, 外面的decoration是我自己乱乱放的。由于儿子喜欢吃樱桃所以就拿樱桃来做创设咯。
我不是很满意我这个的decoration， 还有cream 也不够黑. 可是还好儿子说他喜欢吃那樱桃还有蛋糕的口感也很soft. 他说比外面卖的更好吃。嘻嘻嘻，好甜哦。
