其实我早就在三月里做了这三个生日蛋糕，
第一个是巧克力蛋糕，是给我的第二 sister in law, 哈哈哈你们一定看到旁边不是很美。
第二个是榴莲蛋糕，是我最满意的一个蛋糕，这榴莲蛋糕是给我的干姐，看到里面榴莲的filling
那么平均我真的好高心，谢谢Auntie Irene 的指导她说要measure一样才会美。我真的是好笨哦。我也不应该放草莓来装饰， 不放应该会比较美。
简单就是美嘛。
这就是我第三个蛋糕，更榴莲查不多，只是里面已用了芒果，哈哈哈又在用错decoration lor,
应该用芒果。。嘻嘻嘻不好意识咯师傅这个徒弟者的是伤脑筋哟。还有一段很长的路才可以学到呢。

哈哈。。。彼此彼此，跟你一样，我写华文的，一个字要找老半天才找到。 shake hand shake hand. hehe....
Although you use the wrong ingredients for decorations, but can tell that the cakes are well done, especially the cream flower frosting round the cake, very neatly done.

生日蛋糕的点缀要做到尽善尽美，的确要费了九牛二虎之力，确实不简单。可是看到你的生日蛋糕，我觉得还蛮漂亮的。
我也要开始做生日蛋糕，因为我的大姐和二姐的生日也快要到了。

hahaha....I shan't comment on the chocolate cake but I thought 2 durian cakes looks rather good to me, the creaming & piping are quite well done, the layers also very even and nice. Great improvement, good job!
