在周目我常识做这一道粮惹菜肴，早就想学做脸热菜肴，　因为我爸是Ｂａｂａ，他是马六甲出生　

是正从的 Peranakan．

那buah keluak是要浸几天才可以把它的壳敲开，好高兴，成功做到咯，家人尤其是老公说好吃。

This is the buah kelauk after soaking for 3 days, with the shell ply opened.

Here the inside of the Buah Kelauk, meat, i mixed it with some minced meat and then I restuff it back to the empty shells.

and here is the final product of the Ayam Buak Kelauk.It really taste yummy....
