Christmas Eve Dinner & Christmas Day Lunch

My family Christmas Eve Dinner, main course black pepper pork chop, side dish deep fried crabstick and for dessert is the unresistable and one and only 杨甘技露.

Every year my family will have christmas eve dinner at home and then we will all dressed up and attend Midnight mass.

Christmas Day, my husband side families and my sons friends were all over at my place to celebrate christmas day, and i have prepared some of the food that I have learned from Auntie Irene place, quiche, french apple pie, log cake, sushi, are homemade. except Turkey and ham are bought.

这一个又大又好吃的圣诞蛋糕是Auntie Irene 亲手做给我过圣诞节的，我真得非常感谢师傅做的Christmas Fruit cake.

Everyone tasted it, said is yummy....is so rich with rum and even some of them who don't like to eat mixed fruit cake, said this is good.

This is my hand made Christmas Log Cake, a very simple log but is my pride.

圣诞树恫，虽仍是一个简单的树恫，不过我已经很满意。这是我第二次做圣诞树恫，记得一年前在师傅Auntie Irene 的家学做的时候，我还把树的 bark 画错了。哈哈哈。
