Donut, Swiss Roll

I am going off to Kuala Lumpur this afternoon for team meeting lor, I'll be back late Friday night.

On Thursday night, there's a program on TV showing the making of Donuts in NY city, and the history of their production for donuts. It looks so tempting.

So on Saturday morning I have decided to make donuts as well, I took out Auntie Irene recipe whip up some donuts.

This time I put it a little more effort in the decoration, instead of just sprinkling sugar, I made some chocolate and white chocolate dips and sprinkler some colourful chocolate chips and plain chocolate as topping.

Have it tempted you yet?? Haha, more for kids I supposed. Oh well... my teenagers like it... :)

After finished making the donuts, the time is still early, so I thought hmmm.... I will make swiss roll and use the chocolate dips to do the swiss roll fillings.

At the same time it is a good practice too, practice how to roll it.... because... Christmas is round the corner, and will start making Christmas Log cake soon.

I guess my touch is still there. Yea rolled successfully.

做完donuts， 心血来潮我就做了Swiss Roll, 我要看看有没有忘记什么倦树恫。可以复习， 因为多一个月就是圣诞节，可能要做圣诞树恫送给朋友。
