wow! your hand & leg very fast leh, so fast already learnt and made this cool and refreshing mango dessert...hahaha...beside durian, i know you won't miss anything using mango...the chilled mango sago pamelo pudding are very nicely displayed...hahaha...auntie Irene even let the cherry and plate brink brink....like have diamond there wo...
however i don't like the way u broke the egg yolk into small pieces leh...prefer one whole round egg yolk more presentable lo...heehee...next time do can try not to break up the egg yolk, ok? then only can give u full marks...hahaha...

Yes, my hands and legs must fast fast, coz teacher called me, she said I teach you the Mango dessert... so I must fast fast made and I send her the photo she do a makeover for me. Ha hahah.. The dessert really very lovely, just like from a posh restaurant.
