在上个星期一晚上，
我发了一个sms 给爱玲阿姨，
问她可以教我做炸榴莲吗？
她说：‘没问题’ 一口答应了。
就这样我在星期六下就去爱玲阿姨的家。
不只学炸榴莲，还学做豆沙饼。
这要谢谢Eileen, 因为她正在学习制作豆沙饼，
托她的福, 我也有幸多学一种糕饼。
芝士芒果蟹条
你们看！好美啊！
Hmmmm.....香味飘呀飘 。。。。
因为我要早走，就拿了四片芝士芒果蟹条给儿子吃，
儿子吃后都赞好！
炸鱼片星期天我用炸芝士芒果虾的脆粉浆，来炸鱼片试试看，
看像不像西餐馆的炸鱼片！

Did you go to Aunty Irene's place on Sunday? Wow, all the food looks so tempting. Are your sons & hubby like dou sha bing, fried durian & 芝士芒果虾和蟹条卷？I think they like them very much, right? Hehe....

although that day the dough a bit moist than normal, the 豆沙饼 is not too bad after all. I like the fillings most.
btw, looking at the photo, your 炸鱼片doesn't look like 鱼片 leh...haha...why like this ha? :;)

Nope, I didn't go down to Auntie Irene place on Sunday. My boys finished all the 芝士芒果虾和蟹条卷even before we reach the church.
That why I made again on sunday. Yes the dou sa bin is nice. I may want to try this weekend.

Yes lor, to me the dou sa bin is still yummy. Shifu standard very high lor. hee hee...
