My god sister bought quite a few durians , so we have fresh durians on Friday night, and still have lots of left over... So on Saturday morning I decided to make Durian Puff.... Tada here my mini puffs before the fillings............
and here the puffs after the fillings, heheheh very stingy hor my fillings not enough should have filled it higher. and the sprinkle of the icing or snow sugar too little.
I actually wanted to make Durians Swiss Roll too but I ran out of Durians ......
