Well, I found these receipt from Auntie Irene 煮房笔记 Nov 2006. Is a long time, I believe now Auntie Irene may have some other flavours muffins.... but is never out dated as of now, It still proved to be yummy and tasty.....
Chocolate Muffins
要不要来一个muffin嘛？再上个星期四晚上我做了拆不多有六十个chocolate muffins. 这是准备拿去教堂的两周年庆祝。因为在两年前教会就开始在一些business district 举办了mass service during lunch time. So on Friday 4 Jul 08 is our 2nd anniversary, the organiser for this district thought we can get a small gift packs for all those who attend. They decided on muffins but found that those bought from nearby confectionaries are not that nice, so I volunteer to make some for them to try it out. And the rest are history..... lah! hehehee.

hee hee no lah, dare not take order yet. test water first. I make 3 portion, 1 portion can make about 24 cups. my tray can only put 12 cups hahaha..... long lor.
