Mango Mousse Cake

Tada.... here is my first attempt of making this mango mousse cake, and is also the first time I bake this cake for my elder son Javier birthday.

It really took me a lot of time to make this mousse cake, my 1st tried of making the whipped cream was a disaster, I tried again the 2nd time and the texture still didn't turn fluffy.

I have to call Auntie Irene, after telling her what the problem she thinks that the whipping cream was spoiled, so I have to run to the nearest supermarket and get it and try again, this time I send an mms to Auntie Irene, and she confirmed that's the correct texture...Whew..... sweating......... and finally here the outcome.

This is the finishing of the mousse cake, without decoration. The next time I must learn is cake decoration. Once again, thank you Auntie Irene for making my dream come true. That I am able to bake the very first birthday cake for my boy。
