Coffee Pork Ribs / Hot Dog Buns

Last Saturday we went to east coast park to camp overnight, with tents and mats and cook some dishes, and buns, we went cycling all the way to tanah merah club, whew... tiring. I didn't cycle alone, i cycled on a bicycle build for two.... hahahah, if I cycle by myself I will probably reached back the next week.. they all think i am too slow for them. In the evening we had a surprise we heard the sound of helicopter and when we look up the sky, wow... fly pass with the Singapore Flag, faster grap on handphone and snap some photos but not too clear. then heard over radio that there was an reheresal at the marina no wonder there was the fly past.

this dish is from May's recipe, now then I cook it.... taste good
My sons favourite deep fried hot dog buns, if you notice there are some round shape, the filling of the round shape buns is the steam chicken filling from my previous night dish hahahha... don't want to waste the chicken, surprising is quite nice hor. then the balance buns some the fillings are sausages, some are hams. We brought this buns to the beach last saturday.

hi Mabel

It's good for that u make an effort to organise picnics and camping for better family bonding. Once the kids grow up, they may grow out of this type fo activities, it's difficult to get them to join, not unless they really enjoy it or their friends come along...
