Western & Chinese Afternoon Tea Delight

Here a Monday Delight for you to select, you have a choice of western or chinese delight for your Monday morning breakfast or afternoon tea kekeke.... or in between snack hahahaa... Hope it can chase away your Monday Blue.... Remember this is going to be a short week, there's a Public Holiday on Thursday hor, hiphip horay!

Nothing better to do on this weekend, and on one day itself I made Loh mai kai, soon kueh and last of all butter cake.

Butter Cake is from auntie Irene recipe in love 972. is my first try and I loved it. The taste is just right, not too buttery nor creamy.

这就是用了mi tai mak 做的 soon kueh, 里面的料是用了九菜和一点猪肉。可是不是很成功，没有师傅的那么美，那么透明，不过味道还蛮不错啦哈哈哈哈。‘at the moment不要嫌还可以啦 hahahah

Hmm this loh mai kai is last mins thought of making, because I still have some glutinuous rice left after last weekend, so thought why not give it a try, hmmm it looks okay lah, but not satisfactory coz somehow it doesn't taste like what we bought from market. Maybe is my seasoning missing something..... Oh well, guess who you gotta call???? to check it out....... "Auntie Irene ahhhh..............."
