These soon kueh was made two weekends ago, now then I post in on the blog.I was looking through Fenying 厨房笔记, and saw this Soon Kueh, so decided to try it out.
The filling is very tasty and the pastry is very soft. This is my first try and it turned out to be nice. I was worried especially went doing the pastry, coz if the pastry is too thick it will not be nice. But luckily was successful. :)
