Chinese Dishes - Raddish Carrot, Meatballs and Kong Bao Ji Ding

These are all my photos for the dishes that I made, and of course is not one day I made all three lah, is over a period of four days for three dishes ........ 这不是在一天煮的，是分在四天做。 像在一次过post上来。哈哈可也想向我多劝劳。嘻嘻。。。。

Carrot Cake (Raddish Cake)

Because chinese new year is coming and I remember we ordered yam cake and carrot cake from a famous restaurant and keep it in the fridge and fried it back when for visitors when they drop by. So suddenly I remember auntie irene taught over 972 how to make raddish cake, so I thought why not give it a try and if successful this year can make it myself instead of buying lo.

Well, successful liao, my hubby likes saltish food and he said is tasty and nice :)

I will make this during chinese new year period.

Meatballs

This dish is from 厨房笔记, when I first took down the receipe for this meatballs I was thinking it must be a deep fried dish... but am surprise that it was suppose to be stirred fried. hmmm I thought I want deep fried meatball, but I am in for a big surprise... This dish is something new and definitely awesome. 真是了不得，非常好吃， 不一样的口味。

Kong bao Ji Ding

You know the black colour one is my dried chilli hahah over fried liao the fire too big. I am surprise that this dish is quite spicy hor. (for me la) but is still ver tasty ,

Mixed the gravy with the rice ... wah 不得了。

Wow I didn't know it has been so long since I last updated my blog. After all the festives count down, have been feeling lethargic, lazy... put it simply.... idling and day dreaming.

Oh yes, I want to say thank you Richard for helping me to put more colour into my blog, now I can select the colour for my words and can make it any which way I want. ha ha ha showing off liao...

And I have not been doing any baking since then. But I did make some dishes during these few days, too much of cakes and pastries, so I thought I make the raddish (carrot) cajke. Hmmm.... turn out to be not bad, quite tasty.

I also tried out the Gong Pao Ji Ding and the Meatballs too. I will post the photos up tonight IF I am not lazy. he hehee...
