I only add the topping when I am about to eat it, thou is small but the taste is good. You still can get a little tipsy after eating a bite of it hor.
The cake part is also soak with the wine and the creamy cheese is sooooo good.... the texture is soft.... is really good.

sorry about the not-so-nice sectional look, but I believe its the taste & texture that matter most hor....吊一吊你的胃口，哈哈~ U really felt tipsy after eating it huh, may be we have generously added a lot of 咖啡酒浆on the sponge cake.

haha..we used the bigger pieces of the bit & pieces sponge cake, that's why no so nicely layered lah...coz Nicole has a lot of balance tiramisu cream and we don't want to waste it lor...
