So I give Aunty Irene a called and requested if she can teach me how to make this Chocolate Almond Cake.
See this is a portion of the Chocolate Almond Cake that Aunty Irene had taught me last weekend.
It is fantastic, and taste even better than I bought. My son said 'Ma this cake is very very nice....' he loves it so much, it is tastier and every bite you can really eat the chocolate and the almond.
I am not trying to apple polish but Aunty Irene is really very good, very patience with me. If not for her I would not be able to make this beautiful cake anytime, anywhere (hahha) whenever my sons request for it..

hehe pai sei I only using my Hp camera and I forgot to use Aunty Irene send me the photoshop to enhance the photo to appear sharper.
