This is my first attempt making the complete Christmas log cake after I had learned from Aunty Irene. Well I still have lots of room for improvement, the cream are not evenly distributed, the marks of the barks are not deep enough...
But I am actually quite happy with myself (not self praise) but is a sense of achievement from don't know how to bake a simple cake until now I am at least confident enough to baking a log cake. All thanks to the fate of knowing Aunty Irene and having a chance to learn from her.
