But did get to post it until now.
And I was also not in the mood for updating, coz my boy having his exams, almost everynight he studied till pass midnight. And the thing I'm most worried about happened!!! Thursday morning he said not feeling too comfortable have the feeling of going to fall sick...after his paper in the evening came back - headache etc and in the middle of the night temperature high 39C, first thing on Friday get him to the doc and he was given an injection.
Well no choice still have to do his history paper that afternoon, not sure if he can concentrate?? Send him to school and pick him up after his paper.
Get him to rest well over the weekend and hope he is well enough for his Monday papers. Monday has two papers (English 1 and 2) in the morning and E Maths in the afternoon.
I know I know my boy are not the only one sitting for the papers, and I really sympatise with all those out there who have to go through this period! Parents and students all the best and good health!

oh...hope ur boy getting well and rest enough over the weekends. Hope his paper for today is not too difficult. I think becos of burn night oil..tat make him not enough of sleep (sleep well) became fever. Hope u do take care!

your 1st attempt of the mable cake not bad leh! It's good that you managed to take a break to bake amidst your children's exam pressure, at least take your mind off for awhile & your kids also got to sample mummy's homemake cakes. One of my friends who also loves baking ever told me that baking is therapathic for her in a way. I think it's because once u immerse or focus on baking, u find joy & satisfaction esp. when your cake is done nicely & people enjoy eating it.

Yes, Margaret baking is a formed of stress relief, coz your mind really concentrate and never think of other thing.
