
Ai yo, feeling stress... today is the first day for all those students who is sitting of their 'O' Level.
Today is paper 1 for A Maths, paper is in the afternoon from 1430 - 1630. I'm feeling more anxious then my boy who is sitting for his paper, counting down to the time they start and finish
He just called me said he is on his way to school liao, he said Ma I'm a little 紧张. So I told him to pray and do the breathing exercise which was taught by Bryan laoshi for stress release.
I must not let my anxiousness affect him, must support and encourage him all the way. Most important not to keep nagging study study study... hahah otherwise they will feel more stress.
真的七上八下,座也座不定。比我孩子跟紧张。我相信这个时后每个孩子和父母都一样担心和压力一百分。血压也升高哈哈哈. 只好煮点汤水给大家喝咯啊。有谁可以告诉我怎么减压哟。

oh the exam is on now....and all mum has to burn night oil with their children. Poor boy boy...dont stress, and mummy also dont "kan-cheong" ...relax n relax.

My time, exam=自己保重, because parent no education, also no time to care.(need to work)
This time, exam=自己要保重,父母更"重",must help to do "homework" after work.

i think if you done quite well on your part already, for being a dutiful monther cooking good dinner for your children daily after return from work and giving them the moral support. Relax... I believe your kids will do well; if you feel stress, they will feel even more pressurised... perhaps u also have to do the breathing exercise...4..7..8.. heehee...take good care ya!
